Design, decor and position. Great bed and fittings
Staff were neutral or just unhelpful with recommendations. No service ethic on display.

Sophisticated Japanese room design. All spotless. Quality of everything. Extensive buffet breakfast. Right on the Bund.
Tiny back window with frosted glass. Zero view. I had booked "city view". Tatami platform not really practical. Overhead TV projector same. Nespresso machine but no milk. Breakfast buffet was impressively lavish though the optics were better than the quality of many items.

Fiz reserva para 4 pessoas no site e quando cheguei tinha à espera um quarto com duas camas muito pequenas de solteiro. Não se dignaram a trocar o quarto naquela noite.
Anularam a reserva e acabei por pagar mais com as taxas.
Foi péssima a comunicação e muito indelicados.
Só no dia seguinte melhoraram as condições com uma das camas um pouco maiores
$$$$
