Im Grossen und Ganzen eine schöne moderne Unterkunft mit schöner Ambientebeleuchtung und technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Ein super Standort einmal über die Strasse und man ist auf dem Markt. Lage top.
Die ganze Zeit hörte man die Türen zuknallen und es waren immer Menschen vor der Türe (wahrscheinlich Putzpersonal) das störte die Privatsphäre. Auch mitten in der Nacht.
Der Zimmerausblick war mässig gut, man blickte auf ein Dach mit Klimageräten.

The location is excellent right in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants and close to several historical attractions. The metro station is nearby, which makes getting around Shanghai very easy. The staff were extremely kind, warm, and welcoming, and they always greeted us with a smile, which made our stay more pleasant.
Unfortunately, the room was very cold at the end of December. The air conditioning/heating system was not working at all. When we asked the staff to fix the issue, it was not resolved, and instead we were given blankets to cover ourselves. This felt quite unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering the winter temperatures.
