The apartment itself was clean, spacious and nicely presented, which was a positive. However, there were several issues that made our stay quite difficult. We had booked and paid for three people, but there was only proper sleeping space for two. I had to spend a lot of time contacting them before they finally provided us with an extra bed. The sofa bed was also broken and could not be used properly. Another major issue was finding the apartment. It was extremely difficult to locate, and we spent more than an hour trying to find it while carrying our luggage. This was very frustrating, especially after travelling. Overall, the apartment was clean and spacious, but the lack of sleeping arrangements for three people, the broken sofa bed, and the difficulty finding the property made our experience much more stressful than it should have been.

After paying online and completing reservation, I was held to paying a huge holding deposit and then providing ID’s like passport. All I got was an email confirming my pre check in info. When I arrived I had to call and wait 30mins at least before speaking to someone and then they sent me a link with access details. These codes were all incorrect and no specifics to how to get to apartment. It was very much guess work as the link was very vague. After a third call I was given correct codes and instructions to gain access. The bedroom window is behind a cupboard and there is a small fan so considering the heat it was very difficult to sleep

The property was extremely clean and located close to shopping, train stations and bus routes. The entrance to the flat was very difficult to find due to the construction going on and the entrance was hidden. The wifi was terrible. Otherwise i will stay there again.

Modern nicely appointed apartment in a great location. Comfortable bed. The internet was very poor and hardly worked however that could just be the EE Wi-Fi router having a glitch. Little bit noisy in the morning due to the building works, however it was very comfortable and I slept well.
