We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was organized and convenient. The location was also great, making it easy for us to explore the area. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this property to other travellers.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gdańsk. Its location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, just a five-minute walk from the waterfront. You simply can’t get more central than this.
The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
The only possible downside, although not for me personally, is that if you keep the window open in the evening, you may hear some noise from the street. However, this is quite normal for any hotel located in a city center.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, both at the hotel and in the restaurant. Everyone was willing to assist and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I visit Gdańsk in the future. I wish you all the best and hope you continue providing the same excellent service. Keep up the great work!

Comfortable, clean, solid air con was a need that satisfied! I think her name was Veronica, kind, helpful and easy to speak English with. Alex too was pleasant, they fit well with customer service and making one feel welcome at the Stay Inn!

Nice room with great ventilation. The location is the best in town but gets loud outside on fridays and saturdays. Would be nice if the towel rack was electric. Only turns on when it's below 15 Celsius. So it was always quite damp in the room since we were three adults.
