Really enjoyed my stay with Kokotel. Staff was amazing and was in a central area of Krabi that allowed for everything to be a very quick drive or walk without being in the middle of the chaos directly in the beach area. Loved the experience and time spent here.

The room was ok, had poor craftsmanship in the bathroom and generally around the room. Front door to room had a gap you could see hallway. Excellent service and breakfast.

Kokotel offered everything we needed. The staff were very helpful, serviceminded and eager to help in any way.
I love that they think sustainable, like provide glassbottles you refill yourself. They also offer freee shuttle to their other hotel and towels to bring to the beach.
