Clean rooms, staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Couple friendly, family friendly I felt safe and accommodated.
We stayed 4 days the 2nd night our tv didn't work the 3rd night there, which ended being ok. But our air in our room kept cutting off during the night. Other than that I was a great place to stay. We will be back!

My husband and I did a weekend trip to Put-in-Bay and stayed here, the staff and check-in were great. The property itself is nice, great location. Walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. The pool area is nice and well maintained. There was some construction going on but it did not hinder the pool area too much. The room had everything we needed, beds comfortable. The A/C unit did an OK job keeping us cool. It did get a bit warm at night but other than that, our stay was great.
