The property is located very close to Vienna Central Station, from here, you can travel into the city centre and well as further afield, including Bratislava in Slovakia and Budapest in Hungary.

The location was good, slightly further from the main central area (around a 40-minute walk or 15-minute metro ride). The nearest metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, and the tram stop is about 10 minutes away. This distance can be a benefit, as the area felt less busy and noisy than the city centre. It is also only a 6-minute walk to Vienna’s main train station, which is convenient for day trips or travelling to other countries. Being outside the cobblestone-heavy areas also made it much easier to move luggage around on flat ground. There were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby, which added to the convenience. Check-in was simple once we realised the attachment in the message was actually the link to complete online check-in and access the building and room. There is no reception or on-site staff, but all necessary information is provided, and lockers are available for luggage before and after check-in/out. It would be helpful to clearly state in the message that the attachment is the check-in link, especially given the prevalence of booking-related scams. The room itself was spacious and clean. One minor improvement would be to provide coat hangers in the wardrobe. Overall, we would recommend this place and would stay here again when visiting Vienna.

We loved staying here! Amazing location…. Close to main train station, grocery store, and subway. Very clean and comfortable! We also were very happy to be able to safely store our luggage for the day (no extra charge). Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna!
