One of the most beautiful hotels with definitely the best service I have experienced. Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord. In the middle of the night, my phone would still not charge. My phone is my camera, travel confirmations, & so much more. Panicked, I reached out to the concierge via WhatsApp and they brought me a MagSafe charger & insisted I keep to ensure I would not lose access for my trip & subsequent return to the states. They also made me the best shashuka I have ever had for breskfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Phenomenal experience & so very grateful.

I would like to extend special appreciation to the bartender, Mohamed. His kindness, professionalism, and remarkable talent for crafting exceptional cocktails were truly unforgettable. Mohamed’s warm personality and outstanding service made every evening at the hotel bar a genuine pleasure.
The food was equally exceptional — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of exquisite flavors. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend The St. Regis Amman to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Jordan. I look forward to returning in the future.
