Staff friendly and helpful attitude. Room was clean but I'll just the smell of room i think the carpet to have air freshener or shampoo the carpet. The area is beautiful there is a place to walk and run and relax .

We had seen Kanata hotels throughout our trip in Canada. This was our first time staying at one. The room was so well appointed, and clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful.
If you are a coffee drinker you'll be in coffee heaven as there is a large coffee bar with multiple options, available 24/7.
We only stayed one night but wished we would have had time to stay an extra day and explore a bit more, particularly because the accommodations were so nice.
Check in was a breeze, parking is close to the entrance, and there was a nice size field for our doggo to get exercise.

Everything was excellent except some sticky substance on the floor when we entered the room. Shoes kind of stuck to the floor… could even feel something on the floor with bare feet. Other than that, the room was beautiful and clean

Excellent breakfast, clean room, comfy bed, perfect to get to many trails as well as Elk Island. Awesome experience. Oh, and REAL cutlery, plates and cups! Bonus.
