Exceptional

Amazing staff, clean rooms! Great water pressure! Hot eggs and sausage for breaky! Pool was working and open, so was the hot tub! This place regained my faith in decent hotels at a good price! Wish I had more work in that area!

I did my job to dang quickly and couldn't stay longer!

Good value, nice staff just need better bathroom clean.

Staff was lovely. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and was a decent place.

Bathrooms were stocked but lots of hair from other people on the floor. Carpets needs a good clean and elevator was very clunky.

to sum it all up, there was no plug for the tub. The shower was terrible. They left us, barely any towels for two adults

Very disappointing

The staff were friendly, the room looked very nice.

This was supposed to be our anniversary weekend. Rented the room for 2 nights and only stayed for 9 hours. Was excited to find a fireplace in the room but disappointed to find that is was just for show. (Didn't work) The entire reason for renting the room was for the hot tub however, it took 20 to 30 minutes to fill and was not even close to hot it was warm at best. The bed was so hard that both my husband and myself were up at 4 a.m. and decided to go home in order to get some sleep. We were also happy to see a restaurant attached to the hotel my food was ok and my hubby's was in his words disgusting and expensive.

The breakfast was good with several different options. Location of the breakfast area was fine.

My driver’s license and credit card were photocopied without my permission. This should not have happened and if this is standard practice ar Wyndham locations, I am very hesitant to stay at another hotel in this chain. My colleague’s documents were not photocopied.

It was okay

Staff was friendly and it was close to all amenities.

I switched to a larger room for our second night. and they housekeeping staff didn’t finish the room I switched to. As there was only one staff and she was quite busy I offered to make the beds in the room. Management needs to make sure housekeeping does their job.

Great value, beautiful location, breakfast included (for us on the go) was a deal breaker for us.

Breakfast was perfect, good variety, everything handy and well presented. Reception was exceptional with an incredible smile at all times.

mediocre hotel but staff was great.

convenient location for why we were in town

pool was lacking and hot tub missing tiles. needs update. went to have breakfast a full hour before the end of breakfast and there was nothing f but empty steam trays. not even milk for cereal. my daughter (who was there for a dance competition then had to run over and start her early day on a empty stomach)
