The girl who checked me in was incredible. The front desk staff were very friendly.

Found garbage in the one trash can in my room. Thought that was a little disgusting.

hotels should keep the top floor for guest that are not part of teams so it is quieter

room was good. shower was great because it was tall enough for a tall man to stand in and great water pressure.

bed was good but needs to be turned as it slopped to the middle. there was a hockey team staying there and quite noisy and running the halls until about 10:00 . thank the good Lord we had a top floor room so they weren’t stomping over head too.

Being in the hotel hospitality and tourism industry for over 20 years, this hotel was sub par.

The bed was comfortable. For the most part the room was clean. Nice large TV’s in the room.

Could hear people walking in the hall. (This property appears to cater to a lot of trade workers who travel with heavy feet) I am presuming it is this group of travellers who are leaving early in the morning. I am only assuming this from observing all the company work trucks in the parking lot. Travelling alone and being female, the security card slot in the elevators don’t work and according to the staff have not worked in a long time. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for secure floors. When I checked in just before midnight, my room keys did not work. The front desk person came with me the second time and with several swipes I was able to unlock the door.

Short Stay

I travelled with my dogs and the hotel staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel is in the perfect location, it was clean and the room was very spacious! Would definitely stay here again!

There was snow clearing going on in the parking lot so it was a wee loud outside the room(first floor) and they worked rather late

Love the location and room BUT never get the money's worth when the room's perks don't work.

We pay for a fireplace and it never works. Only one setting on the jacuzzi which is too high, loud and water has too much pressure.

Clean room, comfy beds, quiet, breakfast, great staff!

The staff were genuinely helpful, courteous and friendly! Their professionalism really stood out to me. I would not hesitate to stay with Kanata Fort Saskatchewan again! I will also consider other locations if this is how they model hospitality! Well done!
