This was amazing. Only stayed one night but very traditional Japanese. Very nice and accommodating staff. Good food. We walked to the ice festival which was amazing.

My experience at the spa was so memorable. This property is gorgeous with lots of immersive art on the walls and a giant fireplace inside where you can roast marshmallows. We enjoyed trying new foods at the 9 course dinner included in the reservation. However, the breakfast was phenomenal with the best pastries I have ever had, and omelets cooked by a chef! Our room included an outdoor onsen so it was a little more expensive, but worth every dollar. The outdoor bath was so beautiful like something you see on movies! Definitely a once in a lifetime experience and I’m glad I got to experience it with my fiancé!
