The location was excellent. Great value. Such a quiet neighborhood for being so close to the action.

The room was 40% bed which was awesome when sleeping, and awkward when awake. Water heater takes some work to keep working consistently, but it works. Could use some finishing touches like cleaning supplies for dishes and more hooks/shelves.
