The most amazing B&B I have stayed at. Their home is gorgeous, Caroline the host is fantastic. Bed was great, fresh milk at night so you can have tea in your room before breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic and had everything you could desire. What a view with a lovely old church right across the street. Highlight of places we have stayed in our 17 day holiday.

A very warm welcome from Caroline to a beautiful house overlooking the surrounding countryside and near the church. Clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities in the room (plus bonus cake - always welcome!) and a great breakfast selection. It was particularly nice to have the option of pancakes in addition to the usual full English or cereals, pastry and yoghurt. Walking distance to Innstow restaurants.

Such a lovely place! The bedroom was spacious with a wonderfully comfy bed, and in room coffee bags, fresh milk and cake on arrival. Felt very spoilt! And to cap it all, breakfast was absolutely excellent.

This lovingly restored former farmhouse is a gem of a place to stay. The hosts have been in hospitality for years and were previously professional personal chefs. So you are in for a very friendly, warm welcome - including homemade cake in the afternoon! Homemade granola, apple muffins and a delicious full breakfast make for an outstanding breakfast - just what you need if you're doing the South West Coast Path, as we were. It's just a short detour from the coastal path and a highly recommended stopover to rest weary feet in this comfortable and peaceful home. The village of Instow is charming and offers a village pub and a lovely bar and restaurant just up from the beach. You can also catch the ferry from Instow to the quaint fishing village Appledore just across the estuary - just check the Ferry Service website for sailing times as they are tide-dependent.
