Great location. Numerous nice eating places nearby. Spacious rooms. Great views.
We would have liked a small food prep area. The rooms we had were spacious enough to incorporate a small food prep area with a microwave and a couple of plates and bowls etc.

Great location. Easy access. Very clean and tidy
Headroom on the top floor wasn’t great. Shame there was no view of the estuary although it was advertised as no view. On street parking was very limited, very difficult to find. When anyone within the property left their room the doors banged and you could hear this especially early in the morning and late at night. It would definitely wake you up as it was loud. WIFI was not great at all. Had to ask for this to be investigated and it wasn’t really good even when rectified!

Great location on the quay and managed to park close by on the road. Entry arrangements all went smoothly with key box and entry code from main door. Nice sized bathroom.
We were in room 6 at the top of the house. Very much a bedroom carved out of an attic. Lots of steep stairs so be aware. Some very low beams to navigate at night.
Bed described as extra large but it isn’t. Standard double I think.
Bedding felt slightly damp but smelt fine. Had no cups or glassware in the room despite having tea and coffee making facilities.
Messaged early morning on booking .com and using number given for out of hours but no reply until after check out time.
Disappointing not to be able to have a hot drink
