Wonderful views towards the beach and marsh.

This was a last minute alternative decision due to the dangerous winds & rain that forced us to cancel camping. Our stay from start to finish was nothing short of amazing with Breakers! Michelle & Paula were both highly communicative, friendly, responsive & helpful. We stayed in room number 10, which had a Queen bed, kitchenette area, small dining table to eat at with chairs, walk in shower, & offered diagonal views of the ocean. It poured heavily & the wind gusts were in the 50mph range so we unfortunately couldn’t use the sliding doors or the chairs on our section of outdoor area, but we imagine it would of been very nice & appreciated the fact that the setup was there! Pros & Cons: Pros: • Super affordable for proximity to ocean; parking fee is covered by hotel located across the street in the lot • Shower head is handheld & flexible • Oven, stovetop, microwave, Keurig style coffee maker, pot, pan, dishes, cups, mugs, dining table etc is also what made this stay stand out! • Bed was firm & clean • Owner & employee were fantastic to talk to. As a small business owner myself, you recognize when someone puts their heart into something; and Breakers certainly is a reflection of these efforts, care and love for hospitality and the people. Cons: • The water pressure is lacking in shower (it’s possible a new shower head could help) • Having a small broom and dustpan with a floor-mat inside for shoes would have been great to help offset cleaning for housekeeping. :)
