Place was super clean and I would have eaten off the floors. I didn’t see any luxury or national chain hotels anywhere near this place, so this place is as good as it gets. The property was fine and the place was clean, it’s just and old motel in an old beach town.

They were really great. I had to change the date to the following weekend. They changed the date no problem. There were two big events in the area on the weekend that i had to change to .

The staff was very friendly. The room had alot of sand on the floor, the a/c was noisier than a helicopter and the mattresses were uncomfortable.

Room was clean, but dated. Kitchen area was appreciated but had no supplies at all - not even cups to use with the Keurig or tissues. The freezer/refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. Inexpensive cost to stay includes inexpensive towels & pillows. Clientele were quite noisy on porch directly outside our room and heavy smokers. This isn’t the motel’s fault, we know.

Came to Hampton for a concert at the casino ballroom, just stayed the 1 night. Bed was a king, super comfy ☺️. The room however had a funky odor, wasn't clean, stains on the carpet and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Don't think they've cleaned a single corner of that room. Hair dryer was on the wall, but the electrical outlet didn't work. Definitely NOT worth the $184.00 for one night. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Super disappointed ☹️

Excellent location, Bed was comfortable and clean. Parking is quite tight. Located on a busy and at times loud street. Building needs total renovation, typical of a beach town old motel. Owners and family are extremely friendly.

Check in was smooth, parking convenient, comfortable beds. The floor did not look dirty but walking barefoot it was somewhat gritty. Needed an extra washing.

The location was good. Humidity in room even with AC Parking is tight. NEEDS night beside tables ! Plug behind bed difficult to get too. Staff friendly and helpful. A little pricey .

The owners are so kind and accommodating We have been coming here for a few years and each year there are new updates. There is a little grocery store right across the street an the hotel is only one street away from the ocean, dinning and shopping. There are also plenty of dining options right on the same street as the hotel.

I loved the location. What I didn’t love was that the fridge was broken. I told them about it. They replaced it. But the replacement was also broken. The struggle was real. Lol. Bathroom was nice. AC amazing. The bed was comfy. Just wished that I got something since both fridge did not work. Wasn’t cheap there. Not expecting luxury but a working fridge would have been nice.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly service. Location is just one block off of the boardwalk so the location is very noisy. Noisy A/C helped block out the late night noise.

My husband and I arrived hours before 3:00 check-in and stopped in at the Office to ask about leaving our car while we spent the afternoon at the beach. The gentleman working the desk couldn’t have been any nicer. He told us to park anywhere and even offered to call us as soon as our room was ready. The room was a pleasant surprise. Roomy, clean and updated, with newer bedding, flooring and air conditioner.

Location is super convenient, everything at Hampton Beach is walkable, this convenience comes at a price at night though as it can be noisy.

Staff were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate my requests and to make sure I enjoyed my stay. They are friendly and genuinely nice folks. I know the property is dated but so are many of the others in that area. And the bulk of your time is not spent in the room. You are mainly looking for a clean, comfortable and safe place while not breaking the bank and that is how I based my answers. Would absolutely return.

Rooms were very clean. Water pressure in shower was excellent. One little issue with the toilet but they had it fixed in minutes. Very close to the beach & restaurants.

We stayed 2 nights and did not receive any room service. We had to go to the office for toilet paper which we ran out of on the first night. There was no tissues. The bathroom had no place to put things. On one side of the bed there was no night table (so no alarm of water). Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean.
