I liked the fact that the building was old and had a history.
Staff were helpful.
Breakfast was very good and thoughtful.
The fact that the hotel didn’t have a parking was inconvenient.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the valet drivers. They were very kind and very informative. We were able to check in quickly and early. The room was fantastic. The bathroom is HUGE and everything was very clean. The only downside to our stay was that there were only two functioning elevators ( they reported a recent flood took out the rest). Breakfast was subpar. Overall would highly recommend the hotel for the rooms, the convenience and the friendliness of the staff.
