Great location. Great value for it's price. Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the neighborhood.
However, for us it was a little too dark. If I was by myself I would've been scared.
Also, we our flight arrived after breakfast, and we asked for something light to eat (even a tea with biscuits) and we were told that breakfast is over.
Other than that, it's a good hotel. We're thankful for the stay!

I recently stayed at Ferman Port Hotel, Special Class in Istanbul and overall had a positive experience, mainly because of its unbeatable location. It’s centrally situated, making it very easy to get around—whether crossing the bridge to Sultanamet, a tram ride to the north or hopping on ferries to explore different parts of the city.
The staff were excellent throughout my stay—friendly, helpful, and attentive, which definitely made a difference.
That said, the property itself feels a bit rundown, especially considering it’s in such a historic area. My standard room was decent and comfortable enough, but it could definitely use some updates.
In the end, the location is really the standout feature here. If convenience and accessibility are your top priorities, this hotel is a solid choice.

My first time visit in Turkey. It was a pleasure for me and my son to spend 4 nights in your Hotel. In the heart of European Istanbul I fallowed the recommendations of a friend to book our stay at Ferman Port Hotel Aust 7 to August 11, 2026.
The location of the Hotel offer so much of the young night life, street coffees and eateries by the Galata Tower the streets are full with people and laugh.
The Hotel is stylish, clean, sophisticated and charming, giving you privacy, but not longlines. The staff are always there to help you with your luggage or to accompany you for a small talk, to serve you a traditional Turkish tea or even an expresso, if you are craving home.
We taste the breakfast buffe and were so adored from the mix of international foods. You can see the traditional English breakfast, American pancakes, Turkish bakery pastries and raw honey comb. The staff are in your help always and they are extremely gentle showing, at any time you need them without a call. Temperature was perfect, giving us break from the summer heat. Rooms are spotless and staff respond always.
We choose you as our favorite to for any future visit to Istanbul!
