My overall experience was great. The one item I neglected to pack was the proper IPhone charger. However, they provided me with one which was a game changer.
The Front Desk associates were extremely helpful and cordial. I would definitely recommend this Hotel!

Repeat customer so that speaks volumes - great hotel, clean, located in less touristy spot so not super busy and crowded, incredibly helpful staff (especially Mouna, Lucas, Coralie and Omar who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional),
