This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the price range, and honestly one of the best I’ve stayed at, period. The staff was more than accommodating and so friendly, the room was perfect, and the shower in our bathroom was the best I’ve ever used. The rooms aren’t massive, but it worked easily for 2 of us. We didn’t need more space.
The pool, sauna, and “hammam” (just a steam room) were so nice. I just wished the pool was a few degrees warmer. It wasn’t cold though.
The only possible “negative” is that it’s not in an area super close to any of the major attractions, but the neighborhood is really peaceful and has great restaurants. It’s just around about a 30 minute trip to most places.

Design, location and vibe.
Room is a bit cheap. Spa is not maintained enough. Definitely not made to welcome as many guests as it is hosting in the spa. Not enough seats, benches or even hooks for the towels near the pool.

Nice restaurants and easier access to metro
Staff can be more friendly and engaging. Barman lacked personality . Room had an awful smell - asked to change the room but front desk didn’t help much.
