The booking agency got our phone number wrong and we arrived late, but the staff helped us out despite arriving at 9pm. They had the room ready for us and were expecting our call.
the place was clean and tidy, the facilities were exactly what we were looking for and a very reasonable price.
We will stay there again.

Lady at reception was lovely and helpful with getting me into my room early. Was nice and clean and had a super comfortable bed. Would happily stay there again on another trip.

Great place to stay. Very conveniently located to take away and restaurant dining, all in walking distance. The rooms are very clean and well appointed and maintained. The bed and pillows super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in Coffs Harbour. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
