I enjoyed my stay, but BEWARE: free parking is a misnomer at best and false advertising at worst. There is no free onsite parking. Rather, there can be street parking around the property that is available, but a lot of it is reserved for residents of Key West only. So don’t book based on the free parking claim alone.

Location was great and it was super quiet. Room size was good and bathroom was roomy.The only thing that could have made it better was a pool or hot tub but the court yard was beautiful and peaceful. I really liked sitting on the porch and rocking. Parking was convenient. Street parking is everywhere.

just a great place and definitely a good value. We stayed here for 10 days about three weeks ago, and it was an absolutely comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was very clean and cool, with comfort amenities both indoors and outdoors. The location was perfect for us — maybe five or six blocks from Duval Street — close enough to enjoy the action, but far enough away to appreciate the peace and quiet.
We did a fair amount of walking, but we enjoyed every step of it. The neighborhood was beautiful and wonderfully quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful, and management was accessible when I called. Parking was easy as well, since I coordinated it with management ahead of time and had no problems.
There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and overall, we really can’t say enough good things about the place. We would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing…. Cute little place! So thankful for the cleaning lady. She helped us find parking and helped us in our room. Would definitely stay here again!
