This is my first time using a shared house.
The guests from New Zealand are wonderful! I did not interact with the other guests, but they are cordial and civil.
Overall, the entire place is clean; the kitchen, the refrigerator, the laundry room, and the living room are well kept.

Conveniently located in Seattle. Great communication from the owner. Nice common area with full kitchen. Great value for the price. We would stay again.
