Beautiful bed and breakfast hotel, with a great breakfast and a large variety /selection for options. Room was nice and cozy. Location was excellent and adjacent to the most beautiful town and lake.
Only very minor complaint was the size of the room and bathroom which were a bit small, but that wouldn't stop us from staying again if we had the chance.

Clean room, no reception / housekeeping but additional items available e.g. tea bags, toilet rolls.
Lovely pre booked cooked breakfast and cereals and yogurt available.
Nice views from my room, but I would have liked black out curtains - personal preference.
Quiet area, easy access to Keswick, lovely team.

Easy self check in. The room was very spacious with full bathroom and toiletries. Also had a hairdryer. The breakfast was excellent 👌 with plenty of choice which you ordered the night before. Staff were helpful and restocked the breakfast table with fruit, juice and yoghurt. I loved the fact that there were mugs on the tables, depicting the Wainwrights! Nice touch. Parking was a bit tight if you returned late, but for one night, it was fine. Would definitely stay again!

A lovely property with great charm, perfectly located in a quiet area just outside of Keswick. It was clean, and considerably larger than expected; this extra space included a walk-in wardrobe/closet. The view out of the window of the mountains was amazing. Parking was free and ample.
All staff were amazing, polite and helpful.
There were choices for a hot breakfast (fill out a menu card the day before),as well as cereals, juice, etc.
We particularly liked that there was spare coffee/sugar/toilet paper by the front door, and extra towels if required in baskets on the landing - you simply couldn't run out of anything.
Before arrival, I was a little concerned about the self checking in, but it was so easy; let yourself into the building with the security code given, look for your name and room number on the board inside the door, find room (the door will be unlocked) and the key is on the bed.
We walked into Keswick in less than 20 mins, plus explored some of the local area too. It's perfectly located as a base for exploring the local mountains.
Will definitely be our first choice next time we're in the area. Thank you! ☺️
