I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a business trip and had a very positive experience overall.
The property was clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help throughout my stay.
There was a small issue with my reservation, as two rooms had been booked instead of one. However, the front desk team handled the situation quickly and efficiently during check-in, resolving the matter without any hassle.
It's always refreshing to see a team that focuses on customer service and problem-solving. Despite the booking mix-up, everything was handled professionally, and the rest of my stay was excellent.
I would gladly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.
