great place to vacation and the location was perfect for Ferry portal to visit BHI. Downtown was walking distance. Parking was great, especially under the facility for loading and unloading luggage. Everything was so clean and staff was super friendly. Enjoyed our stay!

Expedia’s description said our room would have a stove to cook on but when we arrived that was not the case. The hotel said they couldn’t fix it because we booked through a third party. The lady at the desk every time I went by or called was not friendly at all. We did have a fridge, microwave and a few dishes but no dish soap was provided. We had to buy our own dish soap because even after asking they never brought any. They also took all of the dish rags and never gave us another in return. The pool and beach area were nice but the pool was pretty sandy. Parking was tough and limited, we almost always had to park at the opposite end of our building. You will not get a view of anything nice on your patio. We had a view of a wooded area full of trash, old carpet, boxes, broken storage buildings and junk. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner but the soap is ok.

Brilliant location - ten min walk into town or two min drive. Gorgeous comfy beds and brilliant bathroom. Would highly recommend
