The staff was very helpful, we arrived a day earlier and that was not a problem!
breakfast was good, also dinner.
The bathroom didn’t have security bars and the floor was slippery. Missing hooks to hang shower cap, etc.

Excellent choise quite far from “downtown” but super close to the reserve and in the hotel you can spot flora and fauna as well as the reserve

The Trapp Family Lodge is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. Delicious home cooked breakfast, and the restaurant was well priced and great food. The staff were always smiling and very friendly. Made us feel right at home.
