I wanted to love this place and I did love the restaurant downstairs and the coffee shop and the location but the staff was in their 20's when I was there and though they were polite, some of them didn't seem terribly concerned about the lack of parking issues with a full car of stuff and also a very crazy slippery shower. I won't put the photos but I'm a fit, athletic person and had trouble staying upright. Had to put the bathmat inside of the shower so that my mother wouldn't fall.
Also the hot water kettle was a bit possessed and kept beeping at us unless we unplugged it. Also VERY noisy on the weekends with rooms facing the main boulevard.

This hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff was wonderful and helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were beautifully equipped. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a unique and excellent experience. The hotel also had a little bistro and bar which we made use of, and also had a highly rated restaurant on site.
