The property is in a fantastic location with many restaurants and pubs within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. However, due to flight changes, my early check-in request wasn’t accommodated, which was a bit of a hassle. The breakfast could definitely be improved; because it was cold most of the time and quite basic with limited options. We also never had our room cleaned, as I prefer to follow sustainability practices whenever possible. At checkout, we were asked an extra fee for some in room bar drinks which was later sorted out and explained as a mistake. Overall, the property is great and the staff are lovely, but these small inconveniences do make a difference and enhance the overall stay. I would definitely recommend it if you are visiting tblisi.

Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room, good breakfast. As we got to know Tbilisi better, we realised just how good the location was in terms of being accessible to anything that matters. We would stay there again.
