This was our second time staying at Arts Hotel by Square. We love the thoughtful helpfulness of the team, morning coffee and people watching on our balcony, the fresh water and coffee, and beautiful interior.

Great location, close to the bridge and a whole pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants; there are some shops around. The staff is friendly (saw someone at the time of the checkout) - if you plan to pay in cash, they might not have the change so better prepare in advance the exact sum
Free tea, coffee and water + fridge in the common area.
There is no shower door or curtain in the bathroom (see photos) so one might flood the floor and it gets very slippery
If you need anything during your stay, it might be problematic:
- no chance to get extra hangers (only 2-3 provided) and/or towels (for the flooded bathroom) as there is no one at the property (the hotel team offered to bring those items in the evening but never specified what time)
- ironing board is hard to use - there is new thick blanket type cover on it
- there was a stain on my bed sheet when I arrived
- plates and cups in the common area had stains
It says in the description that there is no elevator, be prepared to climb lots of stairs - not recommended if you have bulky luggage
UPD: the hotel team reached out after my review and made sure they understood what went wrong, apologized for the hangers/towels and promised that they would change the ironing board soon and really cared for the feedback and took reviews seriously. That really feels good and I'd actually recommend this place as people are eager and change things that might not work at first.

We loved our king room with a coffee maker and even decaf coffee supplied; our balcony for slow mornings; the water supplied; the central yet quiet location; the elegant, but warm decor!

Location was good.
The hotel room was small and tired. No drinking water in the room, not even glasses. No windows, the carpets were so tired and looked extremelly dirty.
