Located in the heart of Kyoto, you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants, entertainment, the Higashiyama District, key landmarks and temples, as well as transport links. It’s a lovely hotel. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, and the entire property is extremely clean. The room was the most spacious I’ve had in Japan so far, and it was nice to have a window. Complimentary water is provided daily. Rooms are not cleaned every day, as this depends on the length of your stay, but towels are replenished daily and trash is taken out. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I return to Kyoto.

I got to Centara Grand Hotel Osaka a little past 12:30pm after leaving Kyoto at 11:10am.
The staff on the first floor took out my bags and paid my bill for go. Here I was told by the staff at the reception desk that my room won’t be ready till later. I told them that it wasn’t a problem and that I could wait. So I went into the parking lot elevator and exited on the second floor with no one in line at the reception desk. Here I was received by a beautiful woman with a soft voice and asked to see my luggage ticket and passport. She was able to find a room to my own standards. I asked for her name but I forgot because I can’t remember things to good for now. All in all, it was a great day!

I absolutely loved loved loved loved this hotel! Its perfect location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff is not only friendly but genuinely kind, contributing to a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
What truly captivated me was the decor; it beautifully embodies traditional Japanese style, creating a serene and inviting ambiance. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a refreshing, zen-like aroma that instantly calms the mind and spirit. I can't wait for the opportunity to stay here again; it was truly a delightful experience! Thank you for the amazing experience!
