The "smart" elevator system is a disaster, easily overwhelmed by large numbers of people in the morning checking out or going for breakfast. Full cars stop at numerous floors slowing it down. The lower floor you are on the more likely you will watch car after car go by with no room for you to enter. If you are checking out between 8 and 10 give yourself extra time just to get to the lobby or consider using the stairs.
Breakfast was a plus, good but not great and very crowded. I recommend getting up early. Rooftop bar is nice.
The room was small but very usable with a small couch, table that rolled away under the counter, microwave, mini-fridge, dishes for four. Housekeeping comes every other day.
The location is outstanding! A block from the big bus stop #1. A few blocks from Time Square and multiple subway stations serving many lines.

Clean room and friendly staff. This was our 3rd day. The construction wasnt bothersome. The only thing this time was that we traveled with a child and he couldn't tolerate the discomfort of the pullout so we all crammed into one bed. I do not recommend it.

The breafast is very busy, but it is NYC, and it was very efficient.
The elevators are not great, you can wait for them for a long time. It is better in the higher floors, because they are emptier to get on, once you get to lower levels, they are probably always crowded. The system does not take into account that people get in, and so elevators stop at every floor, even when they are full. not a smooth ride.
