The staff were all lovely helpful and friendly people, the room was lovely clean and tidy. I really couldn't find any negatives for this hotel itself is excellent.

Had an amazing two nights stay here. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was perfect. Will definitely return

Situated in a quiet location, overlooking a park and water and a short 8 minutes walk from the station. An excellent value and good quality breakfast. Rooms are reasonably priced. Parking available on site. Liverpool city centre is only 20 minutes by train running regularly all day and late into the evening. Staff were all polite, helpful and prompt when dealing with any queries.

Everything about this hotel is great and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. Plenty of parking, super comfy beds, very clean room with fresh towels, toiletries and refreshments every day. There was so much choice for breakfast.
