Second time staying here and as good as the first, if not better.
Super beautiful, lovely rooms and pool and great views. Super peaceful and relaxing but easy to get about to different places.
Will be back soon

The hotel is far away from the crowd, which is a plus. The staff is more than perfect, they helped us in every way, answered all our questions.
The breakfast was also perfect, the buffet was full of different choices. But the room needs a big improvement. The air condition was full of dust, which seems to be cleaned years ago. Also we had different kinds of bugs in our room, which we easily got rid of but a facility in the middle of the nature, should take necessary precautions like using ultrasonic pest repellers or something else.

If you want a relaxing break away from everything, this is superb. Staff were brilliant, very relaxed atmosphere and very secluded although only a mile from Santa Gertrudis. Will definitely be back next year
