The staff were all so great, probably the best I’ve ever experienced, room was great and spacious, beautiful views of the lake, and lovely pool. The monkey boat tour was very special and awesome that it was included with your stay

My fiance and I loved everything about Las Lagunas! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with drinks and a warm welcome from Brayan. Breakfast every morning with Elmer serving us was great. He was very friendly, personable, and made sure to say goodbye to us before we left.
Drinks from Hector tasted amazing! He was also very friendly, personable, and helped us source local items to take home. Our tour guide Sergio was awesome and knowledgeable! We enjoyed having him for both of the tours we did. The food was everything we hoped for as well. Every person we spoke to while there was friendly. The pool was so relaxing, as well as the spa area which we had all to ourselves. We will absolutely be back!!

Without reservation this was the top accommodation we had during our two week stay in Guatemala. Everything was perfect. The food (especially breakfast) was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, the staff was incredible, and the pool was the perfect setting for relaxation. We stayed in early August and the weather was perfect to spend the day at the pool, then venture back to the room for the hot tub before dinner.
