My recent stay was disappointing due to several key problems that management should address.
The Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable, and the facilities are old and need upgrading. Furthermore, the mosquito problem in and around the room was severe, leading to multiple bites.
Most concerning was the unfair treatment at the bar, where Egyptian guests were denied access to hard drinks that were available to foreigners, despite all paying the same price. This discriminatory policy is unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this hotel until these significant issues are resolved.

Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests.
The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish and seafood.
