Stuff very kind
After I ordered the juices, I was informed by the staff member that they were chargeable only after I had already ordered and consumed them, which put me in a situation where I had no choice but to pay. Of course, I paid because I would never accept taking something without paying for it. However, I strongly believe I should have been informed beforehand, especially considering the price charged
it has always been my expectation that juices and beverages served with meals are included unless clearly stated otherwise. This was not mentioned to me at reception either.
What bothered me most was the way the situation was handled.
