Buffet room was too crowded - guests taking too much food and leaving it Last 2 hours in room we had a leak on the terrace from above - terrace was flooded and also entered room - not ideal when trying to pack up - staff member came after an hour of reporting and started trying to bucket out the water but not good time as we were trying to shower and pack

The beach has decent sand and is broad and big. And the water is maybe ankle deep for about 20 feet out into the water so that it felt very safe to let my 1 year old son crawl around in it. If you swim past the end of the pier where it starts gets deep, i was aple to spot a large sea turtle swiming around the coral with my snorkle mask. And the fish are exotic and colorful. The food was always different and good. I prefered showing up early to avoid the larger crowds as it can be quite busy in July. That way its easy to find a seat and get the food fresh and ready. Ibliked that i could always get free alcoholic beverages that were decent and free bottled water and coffee as i pleased. The pools are great for kids and adults. The room was clean and the cleaners were very good. I did make it a habit to tip the cleaners a couple dollars a day since they did a good job. The lobby staff were always helping get my luggage to my room which was nice.

Dj music on saturdays was a bit lound and a bit much. If i wanted laundry done, it costed more than a dollar to have each item washed and dried. So i found it more reasonable to find lau dry services in hurghada who wash and dry for about 3 to 5 dollars a kilo. I found that if i wanted a taxi to pick me up and take me to town that the taxi service that the hotel recommends charged over 20 dollars to take me to hurghada which is 45 minutes to an hour away. But uber drivers will charge 10 dollars.however, the hotel polocy only lets them in when you arrive to check in and leave after checking out. They wont let the uber in thrlugh the security gate unless you discuss with guest services who will then decide if they will let the uber in. I was fortunate to be allowed to have my uber come in and afterwards the front desk would regularly let my uber in. Note however that the uber drivers will accept the ride for about 7 dollars on the app but then demand 10 dollars or so in the messages or they will refuse the ride. This isnt the hotels fault. Its just the sotuation if you need a taxi or uber from the hotel to hurghada. I found that the extra services that dont come with the room were a bit high priced and sales people would frequently try to sell the services to you while trying to relax at the pool or beach. But a firm no dont disturb me anymore would usually do the trick. But i did find that similar services in hurghada were far cheaper but less convenient to travel to. These were only small issues as i found that all my important needs were met automatically with thevall inclusive package.

The breakfast was nice, the landscaping and the pool was good

I had a problem with the organization and the system as there was alot of guests with only one person to handle people in the reception ,after check in some one open the room twice while we were inside the room We tried to call reception with no answer But after when i the stuff know that we reserve from booking they tried to ask about if we are happy and enjoing many times
