there was always a wide range of food and every day there was a different theme for the buffet. The staff were all nice and polite, the engagement team were always friendly and engaging. The managers helpful when you needed them. There are shops and excursions to book straight from hotel lobby.
Very smart birds here that go for food leftovers :)

The food was great. It also had free cocktails, ice cream and snacks. Pool and access to the beach
No free wifi in the room. And the wifi in the lounge was poor

Shams imperial is a secret paradise it’s like coming home. People who work there are going to spoil you with never ending smile . Thank you to receptionist Mohamed and all team for making our babymoon absolutely beautiful . These people deserve every tip you can give

Location
Loads of kids, lifeguards whistling, rules about being on the beach. Food wasn’t great. Alcohol was awful.
