First, this is my second time at the hotel, and it certainly won't be the last.
Honestly, everything is wonderful, starting with Mr. Mohamed Salama, the General Manager. He is a fantastic person who truly listens; he possesses a brilliant, unique, and distinctive mindset the likes of which I haven't even seen in major international hotel chains. Every Friday, he meets with some guests to hear their opinions and address any issues, working to resolve them and improve everything.
Secondly, Mr. Hassan Hamada, the Recreation Manager, is truly outstanding. He made the vacation an unforgettable memory. He is a wonderful person who loves his work and is always eager to help. He is present everywhere and at all times; I never even had to ask for anything because he was always checking in and making his rounds. He truly deserves the "Employee of the Year" award. He is a fantastic person, as is his entire team, starting with Ahmed at the beach, who puts in tremendous effort every day. He is a wonderful, organized professional. Then there is Hasaballah, who is very polite, and Emad from the beach bar, a hardworking person who is always smiling.
I also cannot forget Mr. Khaled from Guest Relations. He was in contact with us a full week before our arrival, ensuring all our needs were met and following up on everything, as did his team, including Habiba and Naser. They have bright futures ahead of them.
As for the restaurant, all the food was delicious, led by Chef Ahmed from the beach restaurant. Mr. Gomaa, Mr. AbdelAziz, Mohmed Saad, and others were all truly exceptional.
must also mention Mr. Mohamed, the bar manager, who is kind and hospitable, as well as Mr. Mohamed Abu Jabal, a wonderful person who is always present and ready to help with a warm, loving smile.

This is our third time in Jaz Soma and we never regret our choice. Exceptional and genuine hospitality. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is amazing. Food and drink are available almost 24 hours. The food taste and variety are great., and you will always find something to eat. The whole staff is welcoming and provides exceptional service: Khaled in the guest relations, Ashraf, Mohamed and Emad from the beach bar, Mahmoud in the housekeeping, Youssef and Amin from the pool bar, and every single person in the beach and main restaurants. Literally everyone is smiling and offering to help. Overall, this is a place where you can relax and enjoy your time to the fullest.
The animation team could be better. There are a lot of activities, but they could be more professional, engaging and better organized. The aqua park could be bigger, with more slides and activities.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jaz Soma Beach, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The level of service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
The beach is simply breathtaking! The crystal-clear water, beautiful views, and relaxing atmosphere made every day feel like a little piece of paradise. 🌊☀️
The entertainment was also fantastic, with a great variety of activities and shows that kept everyone entertained and made our stay even more enjoyable.
And the food deserves a special mention! The open buffet offered a huge variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and tasty, and we always looked forward to every meal.
A big thank you to the entire team at Jaz Soma Beach for their amazing hospitality, attention to detail, cleanliness, and outstanding service. You truly made our vacation unforgettable.

Jaz Soma Beach – Our Second Stay in a Row
This was our second stay in a row at Jaz Soma Beach, which says a lot about how much we enjoy this hotel.
What we liked most about our stay was definitely the great service and the genuine care from the staff. A special thanks to Mr. Khaled, the Front Office Manager, for getting in touch with us before arrival, checking our arrival time and any special requests, and giving us such a warm welcome. The check-in was also very quick and smooth. He kept checking on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable.
The cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel were excellent. Everything was well maintained, organized, and generally in very good shape.
When it comes to the food,
the Main Restaurant was much better than last year, both in terms of quality and variety. This was a really positive change and definitely worth mentioning. We would also like to thank Mr. Mohamed, the Main Restaurant Manager, for his efforts and for keeping the service at a good level.
Remal Beach Restaurant is still one of our favorite places in the resort. We really like the concept and the overall experience, and the team there was excellent, friendly, and very helpful. We did feel, though, that the variety of dishes was better last year.
The beach team was excellent, friendly, and always helpful, from arranging the sun loungers to serving drinks. A special thanks to Emad at the Beach Bar for his great service and professional attitude.
A special thank you to Ms. Julia, who was always checking on guests and listening to their feedback. We had an issue with some noise in our room, and she really did her best to help sort it out. She also offered to move us to another room and kept following up with us for several days to make sure we were happy, even though we preferred to stay in the same room to avoid wasting time. We really appreciated her attention and professionalism.
A Few Things That Could Be Improved
It would be great to have a late dinner option, especially for guests coming back late from the beach or activities, as dinner currently ends at 9:30 PM.
We would also appreciate having the regular plastic bottled drinking water commonly used in Egypt as an optional choice alongside the filtered glass-bottled water, so guests can simply choose whichever option they prefer. We had the same point during our previous stay, and the hotel management handled it very professionally at the time.
This time, however, we had to purchase them ourselves, which caused some inconvenience as we had to carry a large quantity of bottles to the room.
