Excellent selection and presentation. More than anyone can ask for. Egg stand is super, kudos for the 'production line'.
Staff does not always communicate. Notes and reservations are lost in WhatsApp conversations. Also, it would be nice to have a better selection of import alcohol, especially bitters given the typical stomach jitters visitors can experience in Egypt.

I love staying at JAZ and enjoyed my vacation so much. The staff were extremely nice and positive. The food, the beach, the animation and everything were above my expectation. I highly recommend it to my family and friends and sure will come back again.

The food was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of activities organised throughout the day and in the evening, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The location is a bit remote, surrounded by desert. It’s a nice place if you’re planning to spend most of your time at the hotel, but it is quite far from both the airport and the city. If you need to travel at night, I would recommend arranging a reliable transfer in advance.
