A very good hotel with clean rooms, good food, and an amazing staff! Special thanks to Mostafa, Hady Tolan, and the lovely Heba Ghazy for their outstanding hospitality and kindness.
The only improvements needed are a larger animation team and providing toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms.
Overall, a great stay, and the staff is definitely the hotel’s biggest highlight

I like the jacuzzi and the beach. Rather than that this hotel is 3 stars. I feel bad from booking to mention its 5 stars and I couldn't cancel my booking, as I was going to be fully charged.
Room AC is very bad. Drinks are very bad.
