I found the room to be very comfortable and cozy, and I appreciated that it was clean and well-equipped with air conditioning. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, the location was perfect; being so close to Penn Station made it very easy to get around the city. Thank you for the great experience.

Room was small - ok - but good price - and if you're looking for an old-fashioned well-maintained European-styled hotel with the bathroom/shower down the hall...this is the place. Great location, efficient in-and-out, safe, high-tech locks on the door. No problems.

This was a great affordable option. The location is perfect to get around the city. The staff were helpful and friendly. The shared bathrooms were clean and had hot showers. Only complaint is that you can everything in the halls and your neighbors. But it was quiet enough at night that I slept well. I would 100% stay here again when I come back to NYC.
