I read the reviews before I came here when all the other places were charging over $200 for a night. So I happen chanced over here for the low rate but I loved the place because all the positive reviews were true. The staff was very nice, smiling, and welcoming. Never did I feel like I'm in an internment camp like some other places where it seems like they're giving you orders, disciplining, and expecting me to be punctual like checking out on the dot. And if I'm not, they're at my door knocking and yelling for being 1 minute late. And then I have to pay to get my deposit money back because they charge a fee. From what I heard, I'm supposed to get it back for free. But over here instead, I was treated like a paying customer. The room was so tidy that I thought about keeping it that way. Instead of leaving trash and the room a mess I picked up after myself because I didn't want to feel embarrassed. You know how some rooms feel like you're not supposed to be there because there's an old chair in the middle of a dark closet where there's no light and some blood on the ceiling next to a trap door and who knows what lives in there? Not to mention I'm paying full price for that mystery to have? But it was very quiet here so I fell asleep. Overall, I came out thanking them and gave them 5 stars for some real hospitality and never trying to argue with a customer. Kudos for a job well done! If I'm in Victorville, I'm coming back.
