Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach by IHG

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the chefs (chef Thun and Bee) were outstanding. The pool tended to get dirty later in the day due to the high number of children. Overall, the resort is perfect for families next to all the actions, street food, fisherman village shops and the fire show. Very friendly staff always smiling- The themed kids’ rooms were a lot of fun and really enhanced our stay

Our stay at the Holiday Inn surpassed all expectations. The hotel is lovely, and I would recommend booking a playground or pool view room as some of the other rooms overlook the car park, and these other ones are much nicer and quieter. We finally got our kids (who usually refuse any kids clubs) to actually ask to go into the kids club multiple times. It's excellent and the staff in there are great with the kids. Parents can also sit inside or just outside (it has huge windows) so you don't have to fully leave them alone. The pool was also a big hit! The food at the restaurant was really nice and gave a good selection of options for both adults and kids. There are also loads of beach restaurants nearby, so a great location. Finally, the staff at this hotel are absolutely brilliant. I fell ill one day and the staff immediately helped me, called doctors (who arrived in 5 mins), checked up on me via the app, and the manger, Sam, made a point of coming to talk and check in person. They are all absolute superstars, from the cleaners through to management, all so kind and friendly. We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend it to anyone!
