This is such a beautiful property that really immerses you in the nature of San Ignacio. Rose cooked fresh breakfast everyday that was absolutely delicious, and her and her husband were super kind. I also rented a car from Rod, who was also super nice, so I had such a smooth experience getting from place to place. It’s a little far from town but well worth the peace, and with a rental car it’s honestly a no-brainer. I can’t thank Rose, her husband, and Rod enough for an amazing time when I was feeling very nervous on my first solo trip as a woman. I felt very taken care of :)

Our stay was really lovely. Rose and the other ladies made us delicious breakfast and dinner - the best that we had in Belize. The property was comfortable and conveniently located. It felt very safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I’m glad I chose my stay outside of the center of town. If you have a car and are debating where to stay I would chose this place because it’s so serene. There are 3 small houses on the property and they are all surrounded by trees. The hammocks in the porch were ideal. The breakfast was so good and the eggs I had there were the brightest ( real) eggs I’ve had. You’ll see hummingbirds right outside the restaurant. You can wake up and walk around the garden before you head out to adventures. We also ate in town which is so easy and quick to get to. We drove to monkey falls which is like 3 minutes away off a dirt road which we drove in our regular car . There are no signs to monkey falls but the gps took me there and it’s very beautiful and hidden . We just parked and walked down to it . Hot water was perfect and so are the beds and the staff is very kind. I’m a teacher and needed that peace which I found at this property.
