The staff were so helpful and friendly! We loved the pool and the grounds were well kept and lovely. It was a quiet stay with a simple family feel. We had a triple room and it was large and we felt safe here. Though there isn't much for wandering around or stores close by, so a car or a cab or something similar is needed. We were picked up here for our ATM Cave tour. You MUST do this!! Book through the hotel. It's amazing!!
You are situated more in neighborhoods rather than the downtown. We liked the quiet, but if you are looking for the more touristy areas, then you need a cab. Worth it though!

Very pleasant and cheerful staff are always ready to assist with anything you may need. They are a great source of info about the area, and they are also able to arrange tours/transportation for you!Comfortable, clean and safe family friendly accommodations! Fresh delicious treats and variety of food homemade on site! Beautiful well kept fish/turtle pond as well as a nice pool for swimming! Anything else you could want is available nearby, which makes for a truly comfortable stay!

We liked the price. You get what you pay for. The rooms were very large. It was clean. There was a pond with turtles. Good WiFi.
They advertise a restaurant, there is no restaurant. Also, the pool was gross, we asked for it to be cleaned, they added a jug of pool cleaner and it turned my daughter’s hair green. It’s right by a really busy street, the rooms are not sound proof, it was very noisy all night. There’s a large pond that is a mosquito breeding ground. We had to ask for extra pillows because they were so flat and uncomfortable.
