The staff were all lovely.
We arrived and our room wasn't ready, we were given complimentary access to the lunch buffet while we waited and the food was lovely!
We used the pool, and watched the sun set over the city.
The room was spacious and the little kitchen would be great for long stays or larger families.
Only downside was we heard everything in the room next door, not sure if this is normal or they were just super loud.

Very nice buffet break fast! Variety of food for dinner buffet however I loved the breakfast more! Spa is very friendly and nice massage experience! Pool is very clean and quiet. As a single parent, there was a safe section for kids to play while I was swimming which is a blessing not worrying about them while relaxing

The room was pretty good - a good size, not 100% clean and not the best maintained in all respects either. BUT this place is all about its staff - THEY are incredible. Special thanks to Bemnet, Donna and Ankita who's collective smiles could light up the whole of Dubai, not just a room. But the whole team was brilliant, from front desk, to restaurants, breakfast to dinner and beyond.
Also the massage I had in the Spa was the best I've ever had, bar none. The masseuse was just incredible (and very pretty :-) )
All in all, a wonderful experience - I will be back, no doubt, and hopefully with my new partner too!
