We had an exceptional stay at The Old Bank House, Gallery room. It was a peaceful spot, with a balcony off the room, with beautiful view of the park and lake. 5 delicious breakfast options, coffee/tea available all day long, and very friendly welcoming staff. Having stayed previously at high end hotels in the NOTL region, we have now decided to switch to The Old Bank House instead. Much more personalized and welcoming, in lovely neighbourhood within walking distance of all attractions.

The cooked to order breakfast in the morning was excellent.
The ice and inside of the freezer upstairs looked like it needed changing/defrosting.

Had a lovely visit great location, breakfast was lovely, the electrical socket in our room was a little dangerous it flashed when used (west room next to wardrobe)
