Check in with Security not positive.. we got in, but only after repeated attempts to get the correct unit door access code. Check out crazy. Arranged "late" check out upon check in. Useless effort...at 10:00 am sharp front desk staff came to unit to demand we leave. Called constantly asking when would we be out. We left earlier than the agreed/approved 1:00 "late" check out staff charged a $70 late check out fee. Other than the staff, the unit was large, clean and nicely furnished.

We called ahead to try and check in early after letting them know we would be arriving about 1:30/2pm. First time I called was about 1:40pm and was told they get an update from house keeping at 2:30pm to call back then. I call then and they contact house keeping and tell us they just finished cleaning and we can check in. When we got there we found a fake nail on the master bedroom door, trash on one of the nightstands, and trash out by the pool.

Pool was cold but that's my fault for not requesting or checking for heating. Initially, we could not find the wash cloths but later on that night, I found them under the bathroom sink. The left curtain would not come down all the way. The cord was caught around the bottom and tangled. The rooms were clean and nice. Upgrades were nice. Ambiance was beautiful. Would definitely book here again

We had such high expectations for our stay. The place looked great online and the location and price were great. I specifically asked for a pack and play three times and my requests were seemingly unnoticed. No one ever replied to my requests. When I checked in I mentioned to the gal at the front desk that I was needing a crib or a pack and play and she said that she hoped there would be too but didn’t see it in the notes and the housekeepers were gone for the day. I had a bad feeling but we went to our house. There was no pack and play. This was an huge safety issue for the infant we had with us. We were promised one the second night and did not get that And the house was definitely not clean. We found false eyelashes on the mattress of the bottom bunk. My daughter stepped on a Hello Kitty earring in the upstairs bedroom, my other daughter stepped on a Barbie shoe in the bunk room. Both of these are health hazards for the toddler and baby we had with us. If one of them would have found them and swallowed them. It would’ve been an emergency room trip.. We found black hair laying in a clump on the floor in the primary bathroom. And there was black curly hair coming out of the drain in the other bathroom upstairs while a five year-old was taking a bath. It was disgusting. The cleaning crew is not doing a great job. The kitchen was clean and orderly which we appreciated. We loved the location and the pool was fun for all. The layout was great and we loved the neighborhood.
